Billings is a remarkable play structure that is made up of two towers, one of which is tall and one of which is small, and they are connected by an Incline Tube Bridge. Despite the fact that it features a Double Slide and a Ship's Wheel, the lesser tower is mostly used as an entryway to its bigger sibling. When combined with its deck height of six feet, the bigger tower makes for an eye-catching construction that can be viewed and enjoyed from virtually anywhere on the playground. There are two routes to get to the top of the tower: either by crawling up the Incline Tube Bridge from the lower tower, or by ascending the Snake Climber, which is located at the base of the tower.
